About Us
Creating a fun whimsical escape is why we make cute little things
We are a mother-daughter team living in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains in beautiful W. Virginia and have way too much fun working together.
This all started with the idea of building The Bennet House from the 2005 movie Pride and Prejudice in 12th scale. Heather (mom) would take the lead on the build and Lauren (daughter) would edit the videos for YouTube.
Then life got super busy. Lauren got engaged and moved to Missouri. Heather and her husband retired from their day jobs and relocated from Washington State to W. Virginia. Lauren & Fiancé then relocated to follow her parents to W. Virginia and filming resumed!
Our mission is to share our experience building this amazing project with not only miniature enthusiasts but also Pride & Prejudice fans. Share all the fun and all the mistakes when trying to build a dollhouse from scratch.
This project is expanding Love the Little House into other ideas such as creating kits based on the P&P dollhouse and other cute creations you can make at home.
