This item was inspired by childhood memories of riding my bike to Dolly’s Dollhouse, owned and ran by Joyce Clifford in Seattle, WA. Joyce ran Dolly’s Dollhouse for more than 30 years. She passed away in December of 2010. I grew up in Phinney Ridge and Dolly’s Dollhouse was a staple in the community. Here’s to you Dolly, thank you for the lifelong love of miniatures.

Every dollhouse needs a dollhouse! This dainty little kit is fun & easy to put together. This is a dollhouse for your 12th scale dollhouse or barbie.
This kit incudes the pre-cut wood pieces to assemble the dollhouse, sandpaper, acetate for the windows, wallpaper for the interior and faux wood floors (paper). Paint with your paint of choice and we have included a white chalk pen to embellish the exterior with pretty little designs.
